Q- Where do I start?

A- New students start with our beginner Pole 1 course where we focus on a variety of moves and techniques, covering both pole tricks and pole dance moves!

Q- What is the worst thing I could do before attending a class?

A- APPLY LOTION!!! Your skin helps you stick to the pole, the lotion will make you slip and slide all the way to the floor! *Avoid applying lotion the day of your pole class.

Q- What should I wear to class?

A- We encourage you to wear anything you're comfortable working out in. **Keep in mind that your skin helps you stick to the pole so shorts and a tank top are encouraged but we will work with your comfort level! 


Q- What should I bring with me?

A- Please bring a water, knee pads and as much courage as you can muster up! (showing up is the hardest part!)


Q- Do I need to be strong or flexible before I take my first class?

A- NO!!! Pole dancing is great for a wide variety of body types and fitness levels! We want to help you explore your body and movement style at your own pace! 


Q- When do I get to do big tricks?!

A- Our 5-level curriculum will encourage safe and progressive training as you move through your pole journey. However, there are no timelines for any level. Our goal is to help you move through at your own pace!! 


Q- I don't feel sexy enough, should I come back later?

A- NO!! Honestly, we are all a little awkward in class. We hope to provide a safe space for you to explore your sensuality and ALLOW yourself to tap into what makes you feel strong, sexy and empowered!! 


Q- What is your cancellation and makeup policy?

A- Summit City Pole does not offer refunds. With more than 6 hours notice, we will return your credit. Your credits must still be used before the package expiration date! *cancellation with less than 6 hours notice will not be credited back to your account.*
